Assisted city attorneys in preparing condemnation and foreclosure actions against vacant properties pursuant to the Mayor’s “Vacants to Value” campaign. Researched case and statutory law, helped draft court documents, composed legal memoranda, attended hearings and court proceedings. Composed memorandum for the Baltimore City Law Department regarding private party liability under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act.
