I was originally with EDUCOM Australia and when Hummingbird bought DOCSOpen I was contracted to work in their support in 1999. I became a Hot site support engineer and responsible for maintaining the reference accounts . This progress where I very actively worked on the whole of Queensland Government Document and records management project which we won. I closely worked with the resellers and the Corporate Services group to help tailor the solution to the individual customer needs.When Opentext purchased Hummingbird I was moved into the Professional services group installing and configuring Archiver server , Content Server and some eDOCS systems. I choose to move back to support in IXOS products of Opentext due to family changes where I have stayed expanding my skill set to support VIM , ICC, OCC products along with being the local L3 support for the eDOCS group that was relocated to another region.For the last few years now I have been working with the Enterprise Scan, ICC, OCC and VIM and the the world of SAP seems to be an ever deepening hole the more you learn about it.
