I am the director of MIT Haystack Observatory, a multidisciplinary radio and radar remote sensing observatory in eastern Massachusetts. Haystack's scientific and technical mission encompasses geospace dynamics, very long baseline interferometry, radio astronomy, geodesy, space borne radio/radar remote sensing platforms, and the education and public outreach needed to create the next generation of scientists and engineers.
