An offer was put to the Customer and resulting queries answered and further explanations provided if required with a view to reaching a settlement with the Customer. The Role required:• a knowledge of IRHPs, credit protocols and procedures• an ability to handle difficult customer interactions• report writing skills• decisive prompt action in conjunction with logical analysis• clear reasoned evidenced arguments to support recommendationsA collaborative approach and team work have been key to achieving timely results in this highly complex project. The fluidity and diversity of the project has required significant organisation skills, an ability to quickly assimilate knowledge and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, objectives, interpretations and procedures.
