I love helping people, solving problems, and building businesses.With a foundation in software engineering, my passion for problem-solving has evolved from tackling technical challenges to driving business transformations. Over the years, I’ve transitioned from designing systems to building companies, serving as both a founder and CEO while leading turnarounds and large divisions of public companies. I’ve had the privilege of engineering two successful exits for investors and supporting early-stage companies as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at a Midwest private equity firm. However, my greatest accomplishment is the impact I’ve had on the people I’ve led, watching them build thriving careers and companies of their own.I possess a unique mix of tech IQ, leadership and business acumen. I've always been hands-on with technology, and I love staying current with the latest trends like AI and blockchain. But beyond tech, I believe in creating a positive work culture and leading with empathy. My teams succeed because they feel valued and inspired.Outside of work, I'm into technology and photography. I have a smart home setup that's quite impressive, and I love fishing, hiking, and golf. I also support children's causes through volunteering and giving.What drives me is growth. I love seeing businesses and people reach their full potential.
