Collaborate with internal customers and downstream teams to flesh-out process and tool related deltas, negotiate workarounds, and fashion tool enhancements to eliminate troubles and promote ease of use to expedite the workflow.Analytical: Methodically inspect supplier quotes for services in search of discrepancies and/or omitted information. Work with internal teams and telco service providers globally to ensure quotes for services conform to Microsoft corporate compliance policies and best practices.Vendor Management: Evangelize Microsoft work flows with 80+ telecom suppliers to articulate quote requirements to avoid delays and minimize time-to-market intervals, promote speed and efficiency related to data center construction, circuit deliveries, vendor invoice payments, and accuracy of procured asset inventory.Training Program Development: Initiate a training program designed to assist internal users in understanding corporate compliance requirements, interpreting supplier quotes for services, and to accurately transcode acquired services for entry into inventory.

Employed at Microsoft’s WAN Circuit Order Desk for 12 years. In that time I’ve collaborated with CenturyLink management to provide adequate hardware to perform the job functions more efficiently, teamed with fellow employees to create Circuit Order Templates to simplify the circuit ordering process for customers to reduce errors and improve circuit delivery intervals, provided circuit installation process insight from my past work experience to my peers and MSFT management, and collaborated with MSFT Architecture, Engineering and Management to implement and hone advanced communications technologies such as MPLS, CMPLS, and SIP.
