Though the use of Tableau and Power BI analyse and produce meaningful insight into the Key Performance Metrics and health trend information of our business and and external clients through user friendly dashboard style reports whilst improving the speed and delivery in which these are required.Provide insight and identify improvements in the business through survey analysis of our key clients.

• Develop and establish regular operational data management reporting, working with the management to realise KPIs.• Responsible for documenting data flows based on processes from across the business including sales, marketing, and finance.• Responsible for the design and implementation of data presentation, storage, and warehousing to delivery KPIs.• Identify areas for on-going business improvement to enhance customer experience or improve operational efficiency by using data, and trends.• General activities associated with the production of management information• Assist with the implementation of a CRM system.

• Collation and production of the Milestone Weekly Site KPI Report, which incorporates number of Drivers, Fulfilment Rates, New Starters, Calls and Assessments Booked in and Site Forecasts.• Production of the DHL Monthly Agency Scorecard, pulling detailed data and from Salesforce and collating site data such as Safety, Recruitment and Fulfilment Rates.• Assistant with the Production of the Monthly Management Accounts.• Production of the Monthly Regional Accounts, initially through manual excel collation but then automated through Salesforce Reporting.• Assist in the preparation of the 2016 Budget and Quarterly Commission Calculation’s.

• Reviewed the Business Reporting Processes and Strategy and moved it to a real-time, self-service reporting application (Qlikview).• In order to deliver this strategy I gained knowledge of SQL and Qlikview whilst understanding business processes and the many data sources.• Working with Heads of Departments to understand their requirements in order to develop a Qlikview solution, whilst ensuring data integrity.• Analysis and commentary of Weekly Net Margin, Client Base and Sales for Senior Management.• Calculation of the monthly client rebate report, ensuring the data is in line with business contracts. • Production of the internal staff annual company P11D.• Ad-hoc SQL reporting and data gathering.

• Developing and creating analytical reports to analyse the business.• Assist in the collation and production of Monthly Performance Packs.• Review Monthly Accounts for the ROI Branches.• Process Journals and make the necessary accruals.• Review Branch Gross Profits and ensure they are in line with Weekly Reporting.• Write commercial commentary for the ROI Monthly Performance Pack.• Answer Branch Queries and provide financial training where necessary.• Produce Weekly Group Reporting highlighting any significant movement to the CEO.
