My role as Senior Project Manager is integral in all aspects of planning, programming, resourcing, design and construction.

Overseeing every aspect of the project - from design to procurement to program planning and ultimately installation - to construct for GCRE rolling stock, infrastructure, and innovative new rail technologies, comprising 3x phases:◦ Phase 1: Provision of 14x sidings for rolling stock from June 2024 (along with replacement of Rail Overbridge at Onllwyn (Current Phase)◦ Phase 2: Construction of 2x 25kV electrified test loops, 1x high speed test loop 6.9Km long and 1x 4.5km Infrastructure test loop together with supporting infrastructure and buildings from 2025◦ Phase 3: Addition of expanded stabling, maintenance, and commissioning facilities along with research facilities, operations room, staff accommodation and connections to main line, business park, state-of-the-art visitor and conference facilities, and a hotel in 2026 and beyond.
