Coordinated and led a cross functional team comprised of members from every department within the Carlson organization to deliver against the new brand vision and business plan.• Operated as key resource to hotel general managers and engineers for short and long-term maintenance improvements and requirements. • Provided careful review and cost guidance on life cycle plans, capital planning process and long-term financial plans.

Directed the design and construction process for all capital projects, including refurbishments and renovations within the Owned and Managed group of Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in the Americas. Typical duties included selection and recommendation of consultants and contractors, due diligence and feasibility studies and estimates, project administration, project management services, preparation and review of schedules, supervision of design/engineering/architecture/purchasing and construction teams and preparation of project status and budget reports for executive ownership and joint venture entities.
