• Supervise and Manage crew for the shift, 11 permanents and up to 12 casual packers • Plan Labour needs for next day’s production according to schedule• Maintain up to date training for machine operators and packers• Interact with other departments • Attend daily production meetings to discuss shift handover, Incoming product line volumes, changes to scheduling, labour needs.• Ensure efficient operation of SEMP robot, 6 Pack line, and Up to 6 incoming WIP lines• Various computer work, including Kronos, SAP.• Motivation of crew in regards to KPI’s, Continuous Improvement, Safety and food safety.• Oversee and participate in all Internal audits, Including FSE, Glass, Foreign Object, Safety & CI.
