Provide day to day support to a local Operational Strategy & Planning team so as to efficiently and effectively model and forecast from feasibility data and other relevant information to allow for the development of evidence-based planning associated with the implementation and conduct of clinical trials Preparation of patient recruitment, endpoint, CRF Flow and resource estimate predictions/forecasts with appropriate guidance from more senior Operational Strategy & Planning staffIn conjunction with other staff, assist with the evolution and refinement of Informatics tools by stress testing the new tools, for example, statistical forecasting and modeling tools which are based in ExcelProvide coaching and mentoring to other members of the Modeling teamProvide training of identified members of the project team in the maintenance relevant informatics activitiesProvide advice and support to project teams for tracking of performance metrics and applying these metrics to forecast activities for on-going projects as requestedWork with all Covance departments to integrate informatics tools and outputs and to provide support as requested by line managerIdentify improvement areas of the Modeling tools and processes
