I am a highly experienced dual qualified construction lawyer . I have over 17 years experience in advising all parties involved in the construction industry. I advise clients on contentious and non-contentious matters. I provide commercial advice concerning procurement, development agreements, building contracts, sub-contracts professional team appointments and collateral warranties. I work closely with my commercial property colleagues providing construction related input into their transactions and documentation. I advise clients in contentious matters representing parties in mediation, adjudication , arbitration and the Technology and Construction Courts. These contentious issues are often complex involving a number of parties in multi million pound claims across different jurisdictions. Working in a commercial services firm such as Shulmans means I have exposure to a wide range of business clients who expect and receive quality advice. I provide advice in all aspects of statutory legislation affecting the construction industry especially health & safety regulations.
