Lead Guide to two Elementary Guides and 37 learners in an innovative, learner-driven school environment. Managed a dynamic learning environment for up to 50 campers a week throughout the summer, providing an experience that was both fun and challenging. -Guided K-5 children through hands-on challenges designed to foster and develop resiliency, collaboration and creativity.-Facilitated small Socratic discussions with the campers throughout the day to encourage both process- and experience-based reflection as well as provide encouragement and inspiration to one another.Neuron Garage is a fun, child-centered camp where building with recycled materials gives kids the chance to guide their own challenges, equips them with tools to overcome anxiety and frustration, and sets them free to explore, create, and collaborate with confidence, developing a Growth Mindset that will allow them to take on greater and greater challenges throughout their lives.

Responsible for growing a commercial portfolio through client and prospect outreach by building lasting relationships and tailoring solutions to address their individual needs.-Trained, mentored and educated new analysts and interns on the bank’s credit policy, operational procedure and foundational philosophy.-Evaluated and monitored performance by analyzing businesses financial trends and models to assist with cash flow needs, equipment finance and real estate acquisitions.-Analyzed and underwrote loans of different sizes and complexities across a variety of industries.-Wrote and presented large loan opportunities directly to the Executive Credit Committee.

Branch business lending increased by more than 300% year over year - Using skills gained from possession of Series 6/63 and Texas Life Insurance licenses, uncovered and identified investment opportunities with new and existing clients. Working hand in hand with the Financial Advisor, net new investment assets grew by more than $1MM, a 350% year over year increase from 2012.- Provided each client with exceptional customer service by actively listening to understand what was important to them.
