I am an experienced Insurance Claims professional with a current bias to motor claims but have experience in other classes of general insurance business. With 44 years of Insurance Claims experience, I consider myself to be technically sound with a pragmatic and realistic approach to the effective and efficient settlement of claims. Developing consistent, customer centric and cost contained solutions to emerging business threats has been at the heart of my role for the past 44 years.
