For the past twelve years I have been working in the telecommunications industry. I currently hold the position of Project Manager where I manage the end-to-end orchestration, delivery and budget of multimillion-pound Multiple Dwelling Unit (MDU) and trunk/spine XGSPON network projects nationally.I adopt a focussed, problem-solving approach to my work and enjoy being able to manage tasks through to completion, ensuring projects stay on track and Contractor Partners are delivering to the agreed programme with a key focus on safety. I complete my work with a thoroughness, accuracy, consistency, and with attention to detail. I ensure strong relationships are formed and maintained with internal and external Stakeholders and I can manage risk and communicate at all levels within the company. I am highly motivated, punctual, and responsible, with a keen desire to learn and I pride myself on striving to make a difference. My 'why' is to make a success of all professional and personal situations and to step outside of my comfort zone. These experiences allow me to be the best mentor and parent to my children and enables me to provide them with opportunities and life experiences.
