Worked on the Global HR Operations team with 12 team members, reporting to the Director of Global HR Operations. Primarily responsible for the design and redesign of HR processes / experiences inside and outside of HR tools shared across other News Corp business units, including Workday and ServiceNow. Drafted and implemented the Workday business process redesign of candidate management, position management, one time payments, off cycle compensation changes, allowance plans, job change, time off, and leave of absence to support the company objective of standardizing global business processes and operations for over 6,000 employees across 4 continents.Assisted in monthly Workday updates in partnership with Global Technology, using Jira to manage business requirements and perform monthly user acceptance testing for ~30 Jiras a month, impacting 6 business units across 5 countries.Designed and managed quarterly and annual audits of vacation time payouts, open positions and requisitions, unresolved one time payments, and recruiting regulatory requirements.Leads training sessions on Workday user experience, HR policies, and manager-HR relations across 4 countries and 5 business units for over 200 managers.
