Responsible for supervising the production staff on the first shift. Worked in litigation photocopying, scanning and processing data for printing. Worked with vendors and suppliers to develop new relationships and pricing agreements. Assisted in E-Discovery native processing, and exporting to a variety of different formats. Reported and worked closely to Production manager to manage large deadline oriented projects.

Provided sales and customer service to a large group of clients. Worked with customers to ensure custom products were tailored to their needs. Assisted in the production department as needed, and also worked creating invoices and assisted in AP/AR.

Responsible for managing a staff that processed and shipped the cheese at Shelburne Farms. Worked with aging and inventory of cheese for retail, mail order and wholesale orders. Managed a large temporary staff of approximately 25 people during the Holiday season, where upwards of 1000 orders a day were processed and fulfilled. Worked closely with the head Cheesemaker to ensure proper aging and distribution for the artisan Farmhouse Cheddar.
