He joined CCMSI, in 2006 as part of the G.E. Young acquisition. After 15 years retail management experience, Mr. Rodgers began his insurance career with a national investigation firm in 1990 as an investigator. He excelled at subrogation, surveillance, and activity checks. In 1993 he started as a workers’ compensation adjuster working at a third party administrator for a Minnesota self-insured. He has worked public entity, manufacturing, retail, utility, insured, self-insured and group self-insured claims in Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Michigan. He has handled claims with dates of injury from 1958 to present. He is effective in resolving second injury fund, supplementary benefits, permanent total disability, litigation, subrogation and contribution claims. He has been a Claims Manager since 2000. Professional TrainingMr. Rodgers has 78 credits towards his business degree at Normandale Community College. Mr. Rodgers was awarded the American Institute's Associate in Claims designation in 2001.
