• Oversee youth sports leagues with more than 1,700 participants throughout the year. • Create and oversee budget for Youth Sports department• Create, oversee and implement curriculum for noontime sports at 11 different elementary schools.• Responsible for hiring, scheduling, and overseeing more than 35 staff for Noontime Sports and Youth Sports Leagues • Fundraise in the community and was part of team that raised over $400,000 to support kids in our programs

• Discover leads for new business opportunities and new revenue streams for the Pebble Beach Sales Team.• Identify potential business and initiate contact to solicit corporate business for Pebble Beach Resorts.• Assist in transitioning corporate groups to National Sales Managers and set up proposals, contracts and budgets for group business. Budgets for groups ranged from 30k to 700k dependant upon size of the group.• Improved communication skills by learning to professionally and effectively communicate with CEO’s and other major Business clientele.• Sell a world-class vacation experience to transient guests visiting the Monterey Peninsula.• Make reservations for the guests’ room, dining, and golf while holding a conversation with them.• Audit reports to ensure the guests’ trip to Pebble Beach is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Make contact with Alumni, Parents, and Friends of the school in efforts to raise money for various areas of need for the University. Individually raised over $100,000 for the University.

Set up activities for kids of various ages for Summer camps and supervised the activities for the different camps throughout the summer.
