Interim role to support the ICS in the development the Infrastructure Strategy

Managed delivery of Hard FM, PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, cleaning, reception, building management, pest control, waste management, minor works services across the NHSPS estate in Swindon and Wiltshire areas, following a successful 5-year tenure managing an extensive property portfolio in Bath & North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Devon, Oxfordshire and Berkshire.• Established operations and led service delivery for the opening and management of Townlands Community Hospital PFI and Swindon Health Centre, a finalist in MIPIM Best Health Development Awards 2019• Led project to transfer 80 mixed-use healthcare facilities for NHS client in Staffordshire and Shropshire• Created statutory compliance management tool for NHS client after identifying gaps in provision, reducing the risk of failure to meet HSE compliance requirements• Saved over £600K by bringing contracts in-house, generating external revenue, and reorganising the FM team• Developed national reporting mechanism for Cleaning contractor• Designed local documentation process for FM Team, resulting in 98% compliance • Implemented new electronic water safety management system, improving response time and reducing positive legionella samples by 50% in 3 months

Delivered strategic advice and guidance to clients at all levels across NHS estates in the South West and Midlands areas.• Provided interim Facilities and Asset Management services for NHSPS in South, Midlands and East Regions• Developed strong, trusted relationships with entrenched stakeholders and created clear processes for the ongoing management of 40 mixed-use NHS properties • Devised comprehensive estates terrier for NHS client in Somerset, improving the efficient management of a mixed-use portfolio and over 10,000sqm of space• Advised clients on disposal of surplus property, acquisition of leasehold property, estate strategy development, property management, and management of solicitors, agents and surveyors
