A highly experienced consultant in the delivery of world leading infrastructure projects and as well as advising business leaders on how to setup their organisations for successful program delivery. Phil has worked on some of the largest global infrastructure projects including Heathrow Expansion, the Elizabeth Line and HS2 from which he can demonstrate experience in driving project controls best practice, governance, assurance and organisational design enhancements. He has a personal interest in the power and utility sector and has led solar, nuclear and power transmission projects across the project lifecycle. Phil has a passion for supporting Green Recovery and Net Zero ambitions for organisations and thrives in aligning this with his extensive program and project knowledge.
