BackgroundAfter more than 30 years as a senior manager within the education sector I decided to use my experience and passion for people development and trained as a life coach. Since then, the work that I have done with a variety of individuals and teams in both corporate and public sector organisations has given me a valuable insight into what helps people maximise their potential.
