As President of Elite Player Performance, I focus on instilling our training philosophy into every aspect of our soccer training environment. The FCA New Hampshire Area Representative is responsible for uniting, developing and mobilizing coaches and athletes; growing the influence of the Kingdom of God in an assigned geographical area, and mobilizing volunteers. The FCA Campus Area Representative ensures the effectiveness and longevity of the ministry through relationship-building, mentoring, discipleship, leadership training, and evangelism, as well as the encouragement of the 4-C ministries (Coaches, Campus, Camps and Community), volunteers and cultivation of monthly partners and donors. The Area Representative models the FCA values of Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence with coaches, athletes, donors and other staff at all times.

• Program, Product and Service Delivery. Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services• Financial, Tax, Risk and Facilities Management. Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations• Community and Public Relations. Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders• Raising Capital Funding for Ventures. Oversees fundraising planning and implementation, including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources, establishing strategies to approach funders, submitting proposals and administrating fundraising records and documentation• Oversees all day-to-day operations. All day-to-day operational decisions will be made by the President, but other decisions, which may effect the company on a larger scale must first be taken into consideration by GBC Founder.
