As a Senior Project Manager and Delivery owner, I used NAB’s project methodologies to deliver multiple projects across NAB concurrently. I managed four projects for NAB’s main business lending application with a combined budget of $9M. The projects included moving the application to Azure, application enhancements, and compliance/regulatory changes.
