• Manage profit plan by increasing revenues and controlling all service center level expenses, including labor, inventory, claims and other miscellaneous costs. Requires constant management of the P&L. • Introduction of new products/services as well as selling the appropriate mix (based upon customer's needs) of products/services crucial to increasing revenue and profit.• Responsible for the insurance of compliance with all Federal, State and local laws. Requires ability to train service center personnel and ensure compliance of EHS and HR standards.• Lead local service center marketing efforts to increase customer base and maximize services performed. This includes fleet sales, merchandising. Store cleanliness and limited cross promotion partnering with other local retailers. Requires customer relationship building inside and outside the center (e.g. community involvement; Fleet customers, Retailers etc..).• Build a loyal base of consumers by delivering a superior customer experience built on trust and the utmost professionalism, as measured by the voluntary customer satisfaction survey. This requires training expertise and modeling key behaviors, associated with creating the experience. A strong retail knowledge and staying current with the latest service trends is required.• Create a high performance team capable of differentiating the customer's service experience from all other service providers, by selecting and developing each employee and blending them into a highly motivated team committed to both the customer's expected level of professionalism and the corporation's high level of standards.
