PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  Set scaffolding equipment around the site for e.g. standards, jacks, pad transoms and ledger  Fix the scaffolding to the building to make it more stable (pressure tie) Insert various sized decking across the scaffolding for workers to walk on Fix guard rails brick guards & toe boards Take down the scaffolding after the job is finished Ability to identify defective equipment and remove from service Assisting in the stacking and storing of equipment before and after erect and disassemble Ensuring that equipment is in tidy condition at all times Understanding and co-operation in all Health and Safety matters across many Building Sites and resident properties
