Provided Network and Desktop support for 500 users onsite and at 19 remote offices for Liberty Property Trust.- Traveled to 19 remote offices in the US and UK as a Network Administrator and managed Windows Servers and all local networking equipment, which eliminated the need for one full time employee.- Ensured all network systems (routers, servers, switches and wireless access points) and user workstations were up and running after 6 full office relocations. Requested by the regional offices to help with moves, ensuring that that there were no network connectivity or user issues.- Upgraded and installed new server hardware at 10 regional offices. The old servers were virtualized utilizing VMware vSphere to reduce the cost and upkeep of physical servers throughout the enterprise.- Collaboratively worked with a team to assimilate the Northern VA/ Washington, DC office after acquisition. Configured and deployed new workstations for 25 employees and provided network connectivity from 7 remote locations to the main Northern VA office.- Implemented, configured and managed a Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) for 330 users. Performed upgrades and updates from BES 2.2 for Domino to BES 5.0.3 for Exchange.- Pioneered usage of Ghost Enterprise system, cutting deployment time for new workstations by 60%.- Enhanced departmental productivity by 70% and assured uniformity after creating and maintaining workstation ghost images for different hardware platforms.- Led project to convert workstation images from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 to Windows XP to Windows 7 as the operating systems evolved.- Directed UK Consulting firm to install and upgrade 20 workstations to Windows 7 in the London area regional office.- Resolved hardware, software and connectivity problems as escalated Help Desk support technical lead for users by telephone and desk side support.
