Information Technology Supervisor
Current- Install, configure and support local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and Internet system- Maintain network hardware and software and monitored network to support network availability to end users- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues- Install and configure network printers and other peripheral devices- Confer with executives to advise and plan for short-term and long-term IT system upgrade needs- Collaborate with other departments to help meet IT needs and properly integrate and secure systems- Work with department to improve in-house database application- Evaluate and recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment and software- Develop and conduct various training and instruction for system users on operating systems and applications- Analyze network security and current infrastructure to assess areas in need of improvement and develop solutions- Identify computer hardware and network system issues, performing troubleshooting techniques for remediation
