Here is why I started Zachary's Moss LLC:Shortly after the abrupt arrival of Covid-19 in March of 2020, we decided to take Sea Moss farming more seriously as an additional source of income. During the early stages of lockdown, non-essential employment was placed on hold which saw consistent work opportunities slowly becoming far-fetched, due to the national lockdown restrictions. During the lockdown, up until now we have endured pretty much everything which comes with running a small business during a pandemic, especially the oversaturated market since farming and fishing became the next ideal source of income. Our greatest asset and challenge have definitely been, being able to stand out as a professional and trustworthy brand, by sticking to our values and standards all while satisfying our clients. We love what we do, and we are working towards Zachary’s Moss becoming a staple sea moss supplier in the years to come by consistently improving our business processes in order to stand confidently on the international market.

As a Technical Analyst, I am responsible for collecting and analyzing technical data to identify trends, patterns, and potential problems. I work closely with teams of engineers, IT specialists, or other professionals to develop technical solutions to identified problems, which may involve designing and implementing new systems, software, or hardware.I also test and evaluate technical solutions to ensure they meet the requirements of the project or organization. I provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that systems and software are functioning as expected. In addition, I document technical processes, procedures, and solutions to ensure they are well-documented and can be easily replicated.Collaboration is key in my role, and I work closely with other departments to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with the overall goals of the organization. I stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure I am equipped with the knowledge necessary to provide effective technical solutions.With a strong background in data analysis and technical problem-solving, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others, I am highly motivated and able to work independently, with strong attention to detail and a passion for learning and growth.
