Phil has more than 25 years’ experience in process engineering and environmental solutions. He has held leadership roles in business development, EPCM projects, industrial technology development, plant operations, safety and sales and marketing. Phil brings high-level skills in environmental sustainability, waste valorization, process development and implementation, front-end engineering design, project management and commissioning. He is experienced in international multi-billion dollar project due diligence and risk assessment. Phil has worked on projects at 16 locations in 12 countries, including as Lead Process Engineer for a US$6B project in the Middle East. Phil adds to his international project expertise with long-term and strategic "out of the box" thinking skills. He is also an accomplished music performer, recording engineer and producer. Phil utilises all of these skills in consulting to industry on environmental and process solutions for efficient and sustainable production. He is currently Project Manager for a key smelting waste infrastructure and environmental project in Tomago, NSW.
