I documented and photographed findings, and compiled and presented statistical data on safety activities to the Project Manager. I inspected all rigging, construction equipment, lifting equipment & scaffoldings to ensure compliance with safety regulations.I was liable for investigation of accident/ incident/ near miss reports to avoid the reoccurrence of such situations and maintained MSDS of chemicals and other substances hazardous to health, which may lead to unsafe working conditions and environment.I was awarded JGC BO & I Observer of the Month (Oct 2013), best IIF Frequency Ratio for subcontractors, IIF SILVER AWARD based on Grid Location.
