I worked for Reynolds and Reynolds Infosystems (formerly Kalamazoo - Reynolds) for many years, including three years as the Business Development Manager and then, following promotion, as the Bids Manager, for the entire IT Services division. It was my remit to add and bring on-board new products, services and working relationships, and then to put a price to any opportunity for all the proposed service elements and involved partnerships, and ultimately create a winning bid.They were primarily known for being a high quality computer maintenance (or break/fix, or third party maintenance, or TPM) company. Now, they are also specialists in managed services, print management, virtualisation, project management, on-line backup, consultancy, AV, WEEE disposal, and KeyTrak, the world leader in key and asset management systems.

I managed a team of highly skilled PC, printer and peripheral device repair engineers, that covered a vast range of equipment, and serviced and repaired to component level.
