Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:• Must follow all safety requirements in accordance with IAL policies• Ensure all departments within the assistant managers responsibility as assigned by the site manager adhere to company policies and procedures, PWS and SOPs• Assist with the interfacing and coordination with support providers to include vehicle transporters, vehicle repair facility, local authorities, facility managers and headquarters personnel• Works as a liaison with government representatives that may be on site to evaluate the operations in the absence of the site manager• Interfaces and coordinate with other support providers to include vehicle transporters, vehicle repair facility, local authorities, facility managers and headquarters personnel• Is accountable to maintain positive POV performance metrics in all assigned task• Assist Site Manager with the onsite claim's settlements• Some travel required• May be required to work outside of normal duty hours to include weekends and holidays• Other duties as assigned by Site Manager Show less
