As a fully trained RTITB instructor, I perform training on multiple sites across the company with a variety of MHE (Counterbalance, Aisle Master, VNA, Mid Level Picker & PPT). This also includes Onshore S-cape instruction, planning and tracking of warehouse operatives training expiry dates, organising refresher training, ensuring maximum productivity & the highest standard of instruction for all colleagues.

In this role I was solely responsible for the operation of goods in, raw materials and packaging store during the periods of my shift (days, nights, backshift rota) within the bakery. My duties included but were not exclusive to receiving goods, stock checking, picking & releasing goods and delivering to production lines in keeping with production plan whilst maintaining the highest auditory standards expected within a fast-paced demanding FMCG environment. Also returning unused materials and packaging back to stock along with offloading HGV’s and baling to contribute to the company’s recycling policy for waste. I am fully H&S aware, having been nominated for the site safety committee.In addition to this, I was asked to take a procurement secondment for a period of 7 months which I really enjoyed and used this acquired knowledge in my return stores.
