Newmont Ghana Gold Limited (Ghana) – Fire Detection and Suppression at 26 electrical substations, Integrated Access Control and CCTV throughout the plant on a FO network. Barloworld Motor HO (Isando) – Fire Detection and Suppression, CCTV, Access Control and Electric Fencing in the new head office building.

AchievementsImplemented a formal project and portfolio management methodology (a universal project implementation methodology based on the product portfolio and staffing structure of AdvanceNet) adhering to the process groups and knowledge areas in the PMBOK guide, with all procedures, templates, documentation, project costs, staff utilization and planning all managed centrally, with reporting as required.

Achievements:Implemented improvements to MS Access program for division’s operations to suit new method of working, with associated reports as required by management. Also implemented a facility to manage an offshore CFC banking account for payments into by clients and payments from to overseas suppliers.

Developed and implemented an ISO procedure for the proposals department, leading to successful TUV accreditation.Developed and implemented an electronic tender / enquiry register based on Ms Access, with management reporting functions.
