I am a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 30 years experience, before moving to Brookes & Co in 1998, I spent a number of years working in commerce and industry, undertaking central management and strategic planning roles for various large companies in the leisure industry.I set up the property business in 2004 and have been instrumental in its growth, in the last 8 years I have orchestrated over half a billion dollars in property transactions, many on a personal level.It is my belief that a business should concentrate on its core strengths and, as an accountant, I ensure that detailed financial analysis underpins all of our property investment deals. I also hold strong relationships with developers, operators, banks, legal advisors and many other professionals in the UK, USA and the Caribbean. These relationships are often the source of off-market deals.
