I have worked in the bakery industry for more than 25 years. In this time I have gained valuable experience in many aspects of the industry from small craft bakeries to large wholesale bakeries, holding positions such Head Baker to Production Manager. I also ran my own small bakery businesses for about 10 years during these years. I have great customer care skills, excellent organisational and practical skills. I work well in a group or as an individual enjoying both production and management sides of the industry.I know I would be an asset to potential employer's as I am very hard working, reliable and trustworthy. I am also very willing to train and learn new skills that would advance my career.
