Built and maintained an error reporting table in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio by uploading the company’s JIRA ticket data, and some 300,000+ bugged insurance policies for executive management. Wrote SQL retrieval queries to compare, analyze, and diagnose how data was migrated between a legacy system and a new software vendor which led to 200+ critical insurance policy errors, and 900+ cosmetic errors, being found and fixed.Responsible for leading the "California Privacy Rights Act (C.P.R.A.) - Opt-Out" portion of a major insurance provider’s data privacy and reconciliation project.Collaborated with Legal and Compliance teams to draft requirements from the C.P.R.A. law.Presented requirements from the C.P.R.A. to Senior Management and development teams to get them acquainted and compliant with the law.Managed and tracked the development progress so it was concurrent with the timelines required by the California regulators.Tested the front and back-end product solutions through the dev, qa, qat, and prod development cycles to ensure quality.Created a web form using Python, Flask, and Snowflake to capture survey replies.Designed and created a relationship database using Snowflake to store survey responses.Used Splunk to track error data coming from an ingestion pipeline to understand the root causes of failure.
