Working as an embedded contractor within the site operations commercial team as commercial manager for the Hinkley Point C construction project. I am engaged in both pre and post NEC3 TSC & PSC contracts totalling ~£100m

A UK infrastructure project building two 3,200 MWe EPR Nuclear Power reactors. Estimated project value of £26 billion with peak workforce of 12,000 people per day. Procuring diverse services like Facilities Management, Catering, Campus accommodation, Site Security, Fire & Rescue, and Occupational Health. Leading pre-contract services by preparing scope and tender documents. Overseeing the tender process, negotiating final contract terms, and ensuring optimal commercial management of contracts. Focused on value management and collaborative stakeholder engagement to meet site budget and delivery targets efficiently.• Active practitioner of NEC contracts predominantly TSC and PSC • Pre and post tender management of contracts.• Value management inclusive of forecast setting and budget control.• Developed a H&S assessment and prequalification tool to improve procurement assessment.• Line manager of procurement and commercial managers• Development of KPI’s• Transformed a highly subsidised Campus to a cost neutral service.• Managed change process to increase scope to Tier 1 contractors to afford project saving.
