As the "Minister of the Interior," I was a member of the management team with a prime directive to "organize the Tupperware" to create order and help this young, but growing, start-up e-commerce company move to the next level of business operations. My role was a combination of organizational design and development, change management, instructional systems design, user support, and talent development. I helped wrangled finances, found cost-savings, created systems, organized team-building events, and even did some interior design! (Most fun I've had on a job, no lie.)

Responsibility for design, development, implementation, and ongoing user support of processes and technology solutions that met learning team and firm business requirements. Led operations team to develop custom solutions and provide user support in all its many forms. Provided strategic consulting and design expertise to numerous large-scale software development initiatives, including learning portals, content and knowledge management systems, curriculum management, and faculty management.

Led development and delivery of annual milestone and service line learning programs, which included tax technical skills, soft skills, business simulations, and networking events. Developed program agendas in collaboration with with Tax partners and other business stakeholders for live and virtual programs. Consistently completed development and delivery activities on time and within annual budget by creating work plans and effectively managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors. Coordinated program logistics, faculty recruiting, and participant communications for both in-person and virtual events.

Collaborated with business leaders to identify, pilot and refine a variety of innovative approaches to meeting the learning and peformance support needs of their organizations and staff. Led the redesign of Cigna University global intranet site, which included enhanced capabilities for search, peer-to-peer interactions and collaborative learning.

Led large-scale enterprise projects to design, develop and deliver learning solutions and programs in a variety of formats (instructor-led, self-paced, virtual classroom, social media) supporting CMMI certification; functional discipline and team training; financial management; leadership; regulatory and compliance; organizational design and implementation.Authored and implemented multiple innovative design, project management and learning delivery methodologies.
