• Facilitate SIP(Sales Integration Planning) meeting with Metro Traditional Trade and MTO, to discuss current Customer Service Level, available inventories, production schedule, CNAL, sourcing of stocks from toll packers and trucks deployment plan• Provide heads up on lacking inventory and potential CNAL (Cases not available to load) SKUs based on sales trend analysis of Metro Traditional Trade and National MTO (Modern Trade Operations) considering capacity constraints.• Provide analysis on causes of CNAL• Compute for required inventory level and leads replenishment on Metro Sales Offices and National MTO• Monitor trend of stocks movement to avoid out-of-date full goods (Annual Operating Plan vs Sales).• Give heads up to Sales and Trade marketing regarding Near to expire full goods and Slow moving SKUs (Stock keeping unit) to avoid expiration of Full goods• Lead execution of shipments across national plants, ensure timely arrival of stocks and the appropriate quantity based on stocks allocation• Provide truck deployment plan on any shipments related to Metro Traditional trade and National MTO operations.• Provide logistics support for launching of new products, other marketing plans, sales initiatives and in transferring FGs from production lines to warehouse.• Monitor daily warehouse utilization• Monitor daily cost per case is within budget• Cross-functional coordination to ensure deployment of stocks are promptly executed
