•Accountable for three processes, Demand Fulfillment and Waste prevention and reduction and Merchandising•Leads four functions, Purchasing & Importation, Demand and Supply Planning, BO Management ,and Merchandising.

•Ensure high customer service level while maintaining inventory within working capital target.•Lead Sales and Operations Planning Process•Drive continuous improvement of forecast process and accuracy.•Lead problem solving of unserved orders. Identify action plans, action owners, and timeline and monitor execution/compliance.•Ensure inventories are within limits across all SKU and Depot levels. Secure supply requirements from the Principal through Joint Forecasting Meetings Lead Regular review of Target Inventory Level•Provide visibility on Supply risks and opportunities across all key stakeholders•Manage Warehouse Obsolescence through proactive detection of Obsolescence Risk and ensure liquidation and recovery of Obsolescence.

•Manage end-to-end Supply chain process of specific principal (Procter and Gamble and Wyeth). •Responsible for Product Forecasting and Supply Planning•Publish planning outcomes across all key stakeholders (Internal and External)•Provide important data for capacity planning and monitor the availability of logistics resources.•Ensure timely delivery of orders to trade and monitor timeliness of return and completeness of Proof of delivery.•Monitor warehouse inventory accuracy.

•Facilitate Sales Integration Planning with Modern Trade and Metro Traditional TradeDiscuss Service level, Inventory availability, Production schedule (Luzon plants and toll packer) and truck deployment plan•Responsible for Customer Demand Forecast, Forecast review and adjustment•Responsible for Root cause analysis of unserved orders for Modern trade•Responsible for maintaining inventory level within target for Modern Trade and Metro Sales Office•Responsible for managing toll packers – Inventory level, Production schedule and pull-out of different business units•Provide visibility on supply outlook as guide for production planning.•Provide visibility on supply risk and opportunities•Responsible for depleting soon to expire products•Responsible for shipping stock across all business units nationwide
