During my time at Learnifier, I worked in different areas of their product, designing solutions for both “Admin”-users who produce trainings/educations, but also for end-users – “Learners” – who would partake in the aforementioned trainings. I started off with mapping out the current state of the product, focusing on how the product could be improved aesthetically and from a user-centered perspective. As time progressed, I worked with several short-term projects, but eventually also collaborated on two long-term projects: the launch of a UI components library that needed to be WCAG 2.1 AA compliant (now 2.2), as well as a complete redesign of the “Learner”-experience. Regardless of which project I worked on, I always strived to gather as many insights as possible, in order to make informed decisions and see if adjustments were in order. This was mostly achieved by conducting interviews, performing usability tests with lo- and hi-fi prototypes, as well as researching data in analytics tools. Long story short, not only have I learned a lot about how accessibility standards can shape design and code, but also on how multidisciplinary collaborations can truly create solutions that enable an easier, more engaging and efficient user experience.

As a Strategist I was responsible for the e-commerce of Brittfurn, analysing data and concordantly developing and improving strategies for all of the company's digital channels. During this time I operated in different fields simultaneously: SEO, SEM, Social Media and UX. Based on gathered data and insights, I worked the other 50% of my time as a Product Designer, where I would constantly improve the UI with Figma, Adobe Xd and the Adobe Creative Suite. For this role I also coordinated Brittfurn's web development with our external web agency.

As a Junior Strategist I was responsible for the creation of a strategic foundation for the company's SEO, SEM, Social Media and UX. I also created graphic content for Brittfurn's Social Media with the help of the Adobe Suite.

It was during this internship where I started my journey as a Digital Strategist. I was given the chance to experiment with several strategies for the company’s Social Media, AdWords and SEO.

I freelanced as a Graphic Designer, helping the production company STO- CPH visualise their concepts for new TV-shows.
