I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills which enables me to work very effectively with others and when dealing with clients. On a personal note, I have undertaken various management positions within my local football club across the years, involving the coaching, training and management of juvenile football teams; where I feel I have developed leadership qualities and effective communication skills that I can bring to bear across all aspects of my work. I recently passed my first two Institute of Banking examinations (Regulations and Loans) and am now an Accredited Product Adviser in Loans with the intention of completing my QFA across the coming year. I am motivated by opportunities for continuous professional development.
