Responsible for several aspects of the radio station.Highlighting tasks that need to be accomplished and delegating them out to the respective production board members in weekly meetings chaired by myself. Liaising with several external connections and partners such as the various departments of Royal Holloway, University of London, the Students' Union for said university, various community leaders (from residents associations to youth groups) and of course a whole cornucopia of listeners and volunteers. Managing the budget which included not just deciding where money should be spent within Insanity Radio but also how money should be raised and the different methods and processes to do so.

As Head of Operations I had several roles at Insanity Radio. First and foremost I was in charge of the station's mailing list, presenter database and other general admin and enquiries. I took minutes and wrote agenda for the production board's weekly meetings. I was responsible for ensuring that every presenter was aware of the legal implications of broadcasting. Because of this I was well versed in media law including but not limited to the Ofcom Code of Conduct, Communications Act 2003, The NUJ code of conduct. Finally I was responsible for watching over the budget.
