My role at CSA focuses on designing, implementing, and managing both quantitative and qualitative marketing research projects. On the quantitative side, this involves drafting questionnaires, programming and fielding online surveys, managing respondent samples, analyzing and cross-tabulating survey data, and building appropriate visualizations to present the data in compelling and engaging ways. For qualitative research, my role involves managing the recruitment process, coordinating facility logistics, and overseeing the production of client deliverables. Throughout the entire research process, I communicate regularly with both clients and vendors to ensure all project goals are met successfully.In addition to research design and implementation, I also work closely with my CSA teammates to analyze our findings and create reports that highlight trends and insights of strategic value to our clients. My work also involves collaborating on consulting engagements, and assisting on internal business development initiatives.

My work as a teaching assistant involved leading weekly seminars, preparing and presenting lectures on course material, facilitating discussions, mark assignments and exams, and meeting with students 1-on-1 to assist with writing, research, and organizational skills. Course topics focused on cultural anthropology, biological anthropology, archaeology, and classics.

My employment as a field technician involved carrying out stage 2-4 CRM fieldwork in Ontario (e.g., pedestrian survey, test pitting, surface collection, artifact mapping with a Total Station, and trench excavation).

As a part-time real estate agent in the Boston-area, I researched and listed postings for local properties, scheduled showings with clients, and facilitated lease agreements between clients and property owners.
