I am currently employed by Critiqom as Print Manager. My previous employment was at FT Solutions as Head of Group Procurement/Senior Account Manager, since April 2016 my key objective using collaborative procurement was to achieve savings across FT Solutions expenditure, by the implementation of paper purchasing and increasing overall profit margin against all orders produced for clients, by rationalisation and maintenance of FT Solution supplier roster, sourcing new suppliers and negotiating terms as required, writing and implementing new best practice internal processes, monitoring orders placed with suppliers, approval of orders over agreed spend limits, advising internal account managers of more suitable suppliers when required, paper purchasing.As an Account manager I am extremely competent in all print formats, POS and Direct Mail. I'm constantly looking to find solutions to challenges that arise and also look to help my customers obtain the best possible product while remaining within budget, gaining invaluable experience in previously employment with Banner Managed Communications, HH Associates working on various accounts both onsite and remotely including Post Office, Thomas Cook and Carphone Warehouse. I have been involved with all aspects of Account management and have built up strong relationships with both customers and suppliers, I work extremely well under pressure and enjoy the challenge of high pressure situations delivering excellent results for both client and employer.
