Since joining the company I have fulfilled a variety of roles and responsibilities including Supervisory and Business Management positions as well as Sales. During my tenure within the company I feel I have adopted an enjoyable and organised approach to the business which has been extremely well received by customers within these environments, re-iterated through repeat business and strong sales performances.Whilst with Renault in Motherwell, we applied and successfully became one of twenty seven Renault Sport Dealerships in the UK. In this position, I put a program forward that included a regular events schedule which Renault UK adopted into their Marketing Strategy for all Renault Sport Dealerships. I had initially planned to further develop this program to emphasise the allure of the Renault Sport Brand, including Social Media marketing as well as targeted off site events however was given the fantastic opportunity of working with Mclaren Glasgow.I spent a year with Mclaren learning invaluable skills applicable to sales and networking and have since returned to Renault East Kilbride. After a short spell in sales I moved up to Business Manager within the Multi-Franchise site where I am responsible for arranging finance as well as keeping us compliant as per the FCA legislation. I have just been promoted to Sales Manager at Parks Suzuki in Irvine and look forward to building a team capable of success
