He has worked across diverse verticals including; financial services, sales, business development and even the film industry.Philip has coached executives in Influencing + Negotiating, and managed capability development programs, across Europe, North & South America and also Asia for some of ENSI’s largest global clients. This has given Philip practical experience in many industries and environments including pharmaceutical, property services, financial services, mining, industrial, manufacturing, as well as the public sector etc.Prior to ENSI, Philip co-founded a boutique business development consultancy, was stockbroking at Australia’s top ranked Ord Minnett, and was in a management role with the private investment bank of JP Morgan Chase. In these roles, Philip designed & executed highly successful sales and client acquisition campaigns, as well as developed and nurtured many high value relationships. This was underpinned by his ability to influence and negotiate with some of the regions most influential business leaders and high net worth individuals.As an example, as lead of the global facilitation team, Philip designed and executed a recent pan-European and American skills development program. This program delivered the client both a better customer satisfaction rating and US$7m of improved negotiation outcomes. This result was achieved within the first 3 months of up-skilling approximately 100 sales and account managers.
