Philip Ryan International Model Management, or PRIM Management, is a full service model management company based in Oklahoma, USA. From scouting and training to development and placement, PRIM aims to prepare each of our models for a career in a highly competitive industry by teaching them the art and craft of being a professional model.

Participating in department advisory board meetings, working with faculty and staff to identify opportunities for improvement of and innovation with respect existing resources, assisting in preparing students to enter the industry workforce, conducting educational panels and lectures, as well as consulting on department events and projects.

Organize and execute fashion shows and shoots for clients such as Oscar de la Renta, Miami International Fashion Week, Anthony David Agency, Denver Model and Talent, Saks Fifth Avenue, and the Institute for Economic Empowerment of Women.Marketing consultant for events, social media, advertising, and promotions for clients such as Anthony David Agency, Exalt Model and Talent SF, Mercedes-Benz and the IEEW.

Contributing editorial ideas for content, copy writing, formatting photos for posts/features, copy editing, creating ads, SEO, social media management, correspondence with sources, using images to tell beautiful stories, among other tasks.

As a visual associate at Gap's flagship store in San Francisco, I assist in maintaining our brand image by executing window displays and store layouts, styling mannequins, updating and maintaining signage throughout the store, and ensuring that brand standards are met each day.

Assisted in all aspects of homebuilding from pouring concrete foundations and framing to trim and tile work. Off and on for a combined total of 4 years.

At City Model Management, Inc., I was responsible for maintaining clientele and marketing my models to book work for them, with clients like Disney, Pottery Barn Kids, Yahoo!, among others. In addition, I traveled throughout the SF Bay Area and Northern California to scout for new talent.
